The CV/DV Series of vertical machining centres are built with high rigidity and high precision in mind with structural support in the form of Meehanite cast iron. The roller type linear guideways provide very high speed travel rates, of up to 48m/min, and each axis is driven by a large diameter, pre-loaded and double-anchored ballscrew with an integral cooling system.
