Lagun, Spain have 3 machines just finished build looking for a new home.

The machines are available for delivery before the end of 2019 and can still be configured to suit your requirements.

 

• Lagun “BM 3” and “BM 4” 3 metre and 4 metre Bed Mills, with the following configuration:
  • Heidenhain TNC 640 numerical control with 19” screen
  • LU A Automatic milling head, every 1º in both planes
  • 4000 rpm
  • Automatic greasing in the milling head
  • Perimetral guarding, (without roof)
  • 2 chip conveyors
    • 1 between the table and the front doors
    • 1 between the table and the column
  • 24 tools RAM type ATC
  • Cooling through the tool with 20 bar pump.
  • Air conditioner in the electrical cabinet

 

 

 

• Lagun “BM RT 3” Bed Mill with Rotary Table, with the following configuration:
  • Heidenhain TNC 640 control with 19” screen
  • LU A Automátic milling head, every 1º in both planes
  • 4000 rpm
  • Automatic greasing in the milling head
  • Rotative table 1200 x 1600
  • Perimetral guarding, (without roof)
  • 2 chip conveyors
    • 1 between the table and the front doors
    • 1 between the table and the column
  • 40 tools chain type ATC.
  • Cooling through the tool with 20 bar pump.
  • Air conditioner in the electrical cabinet
  • Renishaw “RMP 60-Q + RTS”
